Amice Advocaten, a boutique law firm based in the Netherlands, is looking for a motivated LL.M. graduate or student from India to join us as an intern and help establish our Indian Immigration Desk.

As this desk does not yet exist, we are seeking someone with strong entrepreneurial skills, initiative, and an existing professional or academic network in India to help build this practice area from the ground up.

Profile we are looking for:

• LL.M. student or graduate based in India
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and proactive attitude
• Well connected within the local Indian environment
• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Reliable and professional
• Preferably some knowledge or interest in migration/immigration law
• Willing to help develop a new service line
  
  

What we offer:

• Opportunity to help establish an international immigration desk
• Valuable cross-border legal experience
• Initially modest remuneration; however, successful establishment of the desk may lead to a regular employment contract, as our firm holds IND recognised sponsor (referent) status, allowing us to employ international talent.
